Get Involved

Getting involved in Solar 3.0 pays dividends to communities, solar PV industry participants, utilities, and consumers.

Communities and Authorities Having Jurisdiction

If you work for a community or Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ), please engage in the program by completing the Solar 3.0 Community Survey. This survey is a tool for evaluating the “solar readiness” of U.S. communities and is designed to collect input from municipalities, counties, regions, and AHJ’s. The information you provide will be used to tailor Solar 3.0 to the needs of your community and to refine the program overall.

Utilities

If you work with a utility, the first step to engage is to complete the Solar 3.0 Utility Survey. This survey is a tool for evaluating the “solar readiness” of utilities that serve U.S. communities and is designed to collect input from utilities of all types. The information you provide will be used to tailor Solar 3.0 to the needs of your utility and the communities you serve.

Solar PV Industry Participants

If you are involved in the solar PV industry as an installer, project developer, financier, engineer services provider, or some other capacity, the information tailored to the communities, AHJ’s, and utilities is also relevant to you. Solar 3.0 will also be providing information, tools, and resources that are tailored to your needs. If you would like get involved now, Contact Us and tell us how you’d like to participate.
